| Ingredients | | | 1 | pound | beef, chuck, lean, ground | | | 1 | each | onion, chopped | | | 1 | each | kidney beans, 12 oz can | | | 1 | each | tomato soup, can, undiluted | | | 1 | teaspoon | salt | | | 1 | tablespoon | chili powder, or to taste | | | 1 | | hot pepper sauce, to taste | | | | | | Directions:
| Brown the meat in a little butter and cook until the meat is brown - about 10 minutes. Add all other ingredients and let simmer for 30 minutes. Your choice of hot sauce may be added to taste.
